Privacy Policy

Tuno Connect does not collect, store or transmit your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no logging of your network activity.

Tuno Connect (“the app”) is developed and published by YOUR SAFETY LTD (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17139597, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Because we collect no personal data, we hold nothing about you.

The same text is shown inside the app, in English and Russian, under Settings → About → Privacy Policy.

What the app stores

Everything the app keeps lives only on your device, in the app’s own storage. It is never uploaded to us:

• the configuration you import — server address, port and credentials from your vless:// link or subscription URL;
• your subscription URL, if you imported one, so the list can be refreshed;
• measured latency for each server, and which server you selected;
• your app settings, such as auto-connect and kill switch.

Deleting the app removes all of it. We have no copy, so there is nothing for us to return, export or delete on your behalf.

What we collect

Nothing. YOUR SAFETY LTD operates no servers that the app reports to. There is no telemetry, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising identifier, no fingerprinting and no third-party analytics of any kind embedded in the app. We therefore do not sell, share, rent or disclose personal data — there is none to disclose.

Your network traffic

When connected, your traffic is carried to the servers defined in your own configuration. Those servers are operated by whoever provided that configuration to you — not by us. We cannot see, intercept, record or analyse that traffic, and we keep no connection logs.

Please review the privacy policy of whoever supplied your configuration, since they control the servers that actually carry your traffic.

Network connections the app makes

For transparency, these are all the outbound requests the app can make:

• Your subscription URL — fetched only when you import or refresh it, to download your server list. The address is one you entered.
• Your servers — to measure latency, and to carry your traffic while connected.
• https://www.gstatic.com/generate_204 — a standard, empty connectivity-check endpoint operated by Google. It is requested through your own servers to time the round trip and to confirm a tunnel is really carrying traffic. No personal data is sent.
• DNS — while the tunnel is active, lookups are encrypted and resolved through it (DNS over HTTPS to Cloudflare, 1.1.1.1). While measuring latency before connecting, server hostnames are resolved by the system resolver, as any app’s would be.

Permissions

The app asks for one permission: adding a VPN configuration, which iOS requires before any app can run a tunnel. It requests no camera, no location, no contacts, no photos and no notifications.

Tapping Paste reads your clipboard so you can import a link you copied elsewhere. iOS asks you to allow that each time; the app reads the clipboard at no other moment, and you can always type the link instead.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. In practice there is nothing to exercise them against, because we hold no personal data about you — but if you believe we have mishandled data, write to us first at privacy@tunoconnect.app. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text is published here and ships in a future version of the app, with a new date above.
